Litter robot 4 weight sensor not working.
Hey all, I've had the LR4 for a couple weeks and it's working great. But every time my cat uses it and the app tells me his weight it's way off. He weighs 13 pounds but the app always says he's 2 pounds or so. I've clicked the reset button like they say to do to reset the scale, but no improvement is noticed next time he uses the LR4.

Yes, I had this same issue. I took the top cover off, removed the glove, and vacuumed up all of the loose litter and dust that had made its way all over the place after about 1.5 years of use. Still was getting the over torque fault even though the litter was significantly below the max line.
