What really stood out, was the weight. While not quite as crisp as the VP9, the APX trigger was noticeably lighter. I knew the APX was a good gun, I just expected it to be noticeably less good than the VP9. Turns out not to be the case at all. For my money, and my opinion, Beretta APX is absolutely on par with HK VP9. Beretta doesn't make crap.

The VP9 was fun to shoot, but I personally liked the CZ better. For him the answer may be different. I liked the CZ for the following reasons. 1.) Grip size. I had two VP9's (still have one) IMO, The P-10 is the better pistol, it shoots flatter, is just as accurate, not as complex as the VP9 is internally, and is the correct size for a CCW.
